I Turned My Daughter’s Boring Bedroom Into The Space Of Her Dreams With Amazon Deals

Creating a fun bedroom for your kids can be very expensive.

Especially when they grow out of them so quickly.

This DIY professional decided to use her own skills to create a vibrant and fun bedroom on a budget.

Rachel Metz’s daughter, Heaven, was five years old when her room was last decorated.

She quickly transcended the neutral Parisian notion and desperately needed a space that reflected her hobbies and personality.

Haven chose a vibrant turquoise color for a feature wall in her bedroom, then Rachel pasted gold stickers on to create a polka dot effect.

After a trip to the stores for inspiration, Haven knew exactly what she wanted in her new room.

The DIY genius made her dream come true, deciding what it would look like.

Rachel said, “I’m very old school, pencil and paper, take it in a notebook.”

Once the paint dried, the transformation began by creating a gallery wall.

The professional also ordered a dresser from Amazon for extra storage, which perfectly matches the vibes of the new room.

Rachel also added a large rug to the room, saying “I chose to run it instead of the rug I wanted to replace.

“It’s a more budget friendly, less durable investment in carpeting that will only ruin it.”

The rug added lots of color and life to the otherwise dull room, making it even more fitting for her daughter.

After replacing the bed with a less exciting daybed, the room looked completely different.

Share décor motifs: “Whatever you love, make sure you implement it in your space because that’s what will make you feel better.”
