Walter Isaacson, journalist and biographer of the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, revealed that In 2020, the businessman decided to sell his five large homes and have a two-bedroom house in Boca Chica, Texas as his primary residence.

Via Twitter, the journalist shared a small glimpse of the house.

The basic structure of this house is structural panel made of steel and styrofoam. This is very safe even for those with chemical sensitivities. This part has almost no exhaust emissions and I’m a big fan of SIPS.

In general, metal SIPS are very resistant to mold because as long as the wall remains sheathed, they are immune to condensation problems. Moisture cannot enter any cavity in the wall to find a cool spot to condense.
