“You have to know how to lose,” promised Danilo Medina, the former president of the republic, referring to a public consultation to be held on October 16 by the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD).
During an interview with the radio program Sol de la Manana, the leader of the PLD promised that “I know how to lose” and described himself as a “democrat”. His turn has come.
Regarding this, he said, I handed over the presidency to Hipolito Mejia and the presidential nomination to Lionel Fernandez.

Regarding his message for the presidential candidacy with the PLD, Medina pointed out that “people are used to going to contests, winning and losing,” but they should accept when they lose.
