The Cuban team was defeated in the World Classic Wei Chuan Dragons Considering the best event in the eighth production game. With a score of 4×0, it was the third win for the Antilleans and the first in the last five games with five defeats so far in the Asian tour.
The first runs of the match came in the second innings. Three hits were combined in that inning, including Yolgis Guibert’s double in the sixth and Erisbel Arruberena’s triple.
The third score came from Alfredo Despine. Granma hit his second home run of the slugger tour in Chinese Taipei.
In the fourth, an inning later, another home run, this time by Erispel Arruberena. It was the first game in which the Cuban team combined for two home runs, and in addition, it added 12 hits.
Pitching was the highlight for once. Cuban starter Yariel Rodriguez worked four innings with six strikeouts, two walks and one hit.

Guantanamo lefty Onelki Garcia worked flawlessly in two innings. He gave up a strikeout in the second of those, and he did not allow a hit even though he gave up two tickets.
Yoanni Yera pitched 1.2 innings with four strikeouts and Raidal Martinez got the last four outs and struck out two.
Interesting facts about the Cuban team
Among the highlights, Cuban managed to steal his first base, while Mujica was also caught stealing in one instance.

Yadil Mujica added his first win of the tour after missing 13 times. In this sense, Andries Perez continued his offensive drought and missed 16 consecutive turns.
Another negative for Dayan Garcia is that he has missed 10 consecutive turnovers with men in circulation and six with men in scoring position. Overall, the men in scoring position averaged just .125.
In all, the Cuban team combined for a total of 13 wins, and although they won without much difficulty, the fact remains that many men were in scoring position again. Additionally, the pitchers had a total of 16 strikeouts in the game.
