“It will be a big hospital. A regional hospital even with facilities in national specialties, and will have 19 beds in intensive care (ICU), 11 operating rooms and about 320 hospital beds,” explained the head of state.

The President pointed out that they are addressing decades of needs in the province, in which the asphalt project has already started and 40% of the neighborhoods have had sidewalks and curbs built.
