Nabor Herrera was born in Chiapas, Mexico. He suspects that the person who won is “Latino”, “Hispanic”, because most of his clients are.
Whoever wins will have to decide if they want to pay the $1 billion in 30-year installments or if they prefer $558.1 million in one payment, before taxes.
