The big challenge was to design the 88 degree glass panel and integrate it with 3D. Finishing on all four sides requires self-developed glass processing equipment, hot bending at temperatures below 800 செல் C and high pressure, four different finishing tools and more than ten complex procedures.
Thousands of experiments were carried out to create such an 88 degree curved glass panel. An innovative 3D gluing process was used to attach the 88 degree curved piece of glass to the flexible screen. All of these efforts ensure high screen performance.
