(CNN)- “Fast & Furious” franchise actor Vin Diesel has been accused of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment in a lawsuit filed by his former assistant Asta Jonasson.

The civil suit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by CNN, details an incident in 2010 in which, according to Jonasson, Diesel forced her into a hotel suite and masturbated in front of her.

The complaint alleges that Diesel ignored Johnson’s “clear statements of non-consent” and that after she “ran into a nearby bathroom,” he “pinned her against the wall with his body.”

CNN has reached out to Diesel’s representatives for comment.

Jonah Diesel is suing his company, One Race Productions, and the actor’s sister, Samantha Vincent, alleging sexual harassment, creating a hostile work environment, negligent supervision and wrongful termination.

The plaintiff claims that Samantha Vincent, the president of Diesel’s One Race Company at the time, called her “an entertainer” after the assault and “terminated Ms. Jonasson’s employment.”

According to the lawsuit, Jonasson is seeking civil penalties of $10,000 for each violation and unspecified punitive damages.

“No one is too famous or powerful to avoid justice,” Claire-Liz Goodley of Greenberg Gross LLP, Jonasson’s lawyer, wrote in a statement shared with CNN. “We hope your brave decision will help create lasting change and empower other survivors.”

Diesel has appeared in over 60 film and television productions. He is also one of the producers of the worldwide hit movie franchise “Fast and Furious”. He has done several projects including “Fast X: Part 2”.

CNN’s Elizabeth Wackmeister contributed to this report.
