Laura Olsina, Managing Director of the Information Technology Institute (ITI) and Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank (Fedit), has been appointed Vice Chair of the Advisory Council on Science, Technology and Innovation (CACTI). His term, like his membership, lasts four years.
The Advisory Council for Science, Technology and Innovation is the body created, in accordance with the new Science Law, as a participating body for the scientific and technological community, as well as economic and social factors in matters related to science, technology and innovation. , recalls ITI in a statement.
He works as an advisor and informant for the Ministry of Science and Innovation to develop new proposals. It also supports state governments and autonomous regions in exercising their science and technology tasks.
Laura Olsina joined the Advisory Board on June 2, 2023 following a public call for expressions of interest. Just four months later, ITI’s Managing Director and Chairman Fedit was appointed Vice President.
