New Ranking of Clubs published by IFFHS; Modagua climbed 45 places

Leaving behind Mexican, North American and Canadian soccer, Central American soccer is growing more and more. Last Sunday International Federation of Football History and Statistics, Better known as IFHS With its summary in English, they published the new world ranking of the teams.

IFFHS makes these publications every month. The new update is available till March 31 this year. This data shows that Central American football dominates the entire CONCACAF region.

Concacaf League finalists Alajuelense and Olimpia stand out on the list as two Central American teams from Lyon champions.

Last month, Costa Ricans were ranked 105th, but in this new ranking they have moved up to 90th in the general table with 129.25 points.

Olympia, which was ranked 115th last month, is now ranked 104th with 120.5 units, just 1.5 points away from the favorite percentage. Pachuca completed the podium in the 126th box.

Motagua also climbed

Real España (173rd) was above Motagua (196th) last month, but its worst moment has seen it fall a few places.

Now the machine is in 162nd place with 92.75 points, while Motagua, thanks to the pass against Pachuca in the CONCACAF Champions League, rose 45 places and now it is in 151st place with 95 points, the same points as Monterrey. The US is 0.5 points below blue.
