Recently, internal documents of the Pot showing that the agency is interested in emphasizing its work in search of evidence of extraterrestrial life.

The files, posted under the Freedom of Information Act on the Government Attic transparency site, contain all emails from the organization that mention the term “unidentified aerial phenomena“sent between May and November of this year, the period surrounding the publication of a highly publicized government report on UFOs that was released in mid-2021.

However, the documents also reveal that the organization is less interested in examining evidence presented by concerned citizens, such as one person who wanted scientists to examine a fascinating pot that might have been left behind by the aliens as evidence of extraterrestrial life or interdimensional travel, as reported Vice.

According to the outlet, the disclosed documents are highly redacted, citing a deliberative process privilege that allows the government to protect sensitive material from the public, but in internal communications administrators or scientists seem to be unaware of any evidence that unidentified aerial phenomena have their origin in the stars; For the most part, they are preoccupied with crafting talking points that emphasize NASA’s impressive and ongoing work in search of evidence of life beyond our planet.

“One of NASA’s key objectives is the search for life in the universe. To date it has not found any credible evidence of extraterrestrial life; however, it is exploring the Solar System and beyond to help us answer fundamental questions, including if we are alone in the universe. We are willing to support the rest of the government in the search for life in the universe, whether close to home, on the planets or moons of our Solar System or in the depths of space “, says one of The sections.

In accordance with Vice, Within the emails revealed, an official also affirmed that NASA barely looks at what is in our skies. (“The good news is that we’re doing SO MUCH looking for life,” he writes. “Less about real UFOs.”) However, one scientist said they fully hope that exploring Europa, one of Jupiter’s moons, will reveal terrifying alien entities. Something that somehow did not become part of the talking points officially approved by the US agency.

Despite officials’ apparent confidence that monstrous creatures with tentacles of unknown intelligence and motivation thrive within our own Solar System, none seem eager to address the evidence of extraterrestrial life brought to them by citizens.

The files released to the public also address topics such as NASA’s interest in finding ways to harness the broad public interest in UFOs to educate on exactly what the agency does and draw media attention to its missions.
