Media Loudwire has released the songs that rock fans should listen to if they want to sleep, according to a study:

According to the study, songs share characteristics with lullabies, affecting how easy it is to fall asleep. “We analyzed 100 lullabies on Spotify using 10 audio functions such as tempo and scale (higher or lower),” he says.
