There will be major changes in the engine range. The Qashqai will be offered with a range consisting of a limited number of gasoline engines, consisting of almost 1.3 and 1.5 liter units. However, they will be available in various power versions, apparently only in electrified form. The top 1.5-liter petrol version will be part of the e-Power powertrain, which is essentially a kind of pure electric motor, where the gas station has more of a range-extension role to power the battery. For this variant, the Japanese promise a total of 190 hp and 330 Nm. The type of traction is not yet known, but at least the top version of the e-Power will only have traction on the front axle.
