Science journalist Susana Escudero, from Canal Sur, will be the protagonist of a new day of the scientific publishing cycle “La Central divulga” organized by La Fábrica de Luz. Energy Museum. “People with aura” is the title of the talk with which Escudero will bring the participants closer to the figure of Hildegard von Bingen, one of the most important European mystics in the world.

The Middle Ages, which combined religious, artistic and scientific aspects, also witnessed divine visions that were reflected in literary works.

At the conference, which will be held tomorrow from 6:00 pm, it will be considered whether there is a possible scientific explanation for divine visions and whether there are currently more people who are experiencing this situation. The session will take place in La Central restaurant and cafeteria and admission is free and open until full capacity.

The journalist Susana Escudero carried out, for ten seasons on Radio Canal Sur, the popular science program El Radioscopio, for which she won dozens of awards, including three Prisma Awards and an Andalucía de Periodismo. In addition, she worked for Canal Sur Televisión as co-editor and editor for the first season of the program consciousness Participate and present the programme Arctic Challenge.

The open air

On Saturdays, the Energy Museum also organizes one of its weekend workshops. The Winter Garden will allow attendees to, among other things, plant new species, such as carrots and some fruit trees. And on Sunday, the activity will also be outdoors, with a tour of the park and surroundings that surround the Energy Museum, where they will analyze everything with a magnifying glass.
