Beneficiaries of the fund must officially declare their tax obligations before October 15 of the previous year. Those responsible for distributing the check released the annual salary range for fiscal year 2022.
Californians were able to earn no more than $75,000.00 USD that year. This figure corresponds to adjusted gross income (AGI) established by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Gross income includes wages, business profits, social security pensions, and other compensation. Income includes adjustment expenses, loan interest and other payments.
