Pineapple smoothie

ingredients

• 1 cup of pineapple, cut into cubes
• 1 Carnation UTH Evaporated Milk 135ml
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• 2 cups of crushed ice

Mix all ingredients and serve immediately

Coconut and pineapple pie

ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups of water
• 1 cup of crushed pineapple
• 1 unit Carnation evaporated milk 300 ml
• 1 can of La Lechera® 403G Condensed Milk.
• 1 cup of coconut milk
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 4 units of eggs
• 1/8 teaspoon of salt
• 2 cups of sugar

to prepare

1. Prepare syrup with 1/4 cup water, 1 cup sugar and mold caramel, reserve.

2. Bring the remaining water, the pineapple and a cup of sugar to the stove, leave until the jam has formed, remove from the heat, place in the caramel mold, and reserve.

3. Apart, mix the other ingredients, and pour into the reserved mold. Cover, place in water bath, and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. We take it out of the oven, let it cool, then open it and serve it.

• 1/2 cup Carnation® UHT Evaporated Milk
• 1 can of La Lechera® 403G Condensed Milk.
• 1/2 cup peeled and chopped pineapple
• 1 cup of chopped roasted cashews
• 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
• 8 ounces cream cheese
