Apple pays for your old iPhones, iPads and MacBooks

Apple is willing to buy your iPhones, iPads, iWatches and MacBooks and other devices you’ve already used, and pay for them.. This is done by the company through its program Apple business.

It’s a way to repair and resell Apple devices or store their parts and save them from being thrown into landfills.

“It’s easy to trade in your eligible device for credit toward your next purchase or receive an Apple Gift Card you can use anytime,” the company says on its website.

And Apple says it will recycle your products for free if your devices don’t qualify for the credit. “No matter the model or condition, we make it good for you and good for the planet,” the company adds.

Apple is offering up to $600 for the iPhone 13 Pro Max and $730 for the MacBook Pro.

There are two ways to trade in devices. You can return them by mail with the prepaid redemption kit that Apple sends you. Or, you can bring your devices to trade in at an Apple Store.

As with other trade-in programs, once your device is evaluated, You get your credit as a gift card that you can use to buy any Apple product.
