Extreme metal band Caelestia has released the official music video for its latest single, “Wolves,” as the group continues promoting its newly launched full-length album, Revelations In Black. The video, directed and edited by Sergios Vafiadis of Start A Scene Productions, marks the second music video from the album, which was released on July 24, 2026, through Eclipse Records.

The latest visual production showcases the band’s evolving artistic direction, combining an intense live-performance aesthetic with historical and dystopian influences. Rather than relying on an elaborate storyline, the video places its focus on the band’s performance while reinforcing the dark atmosphere that defines the track.

Vafiadis, recognized for previous collaborations with metal acts including Rotting Christ, Omen and Demon, presents Caelestia in a stark, industrial setting designed to complement the aggressive tone of the song. The production emphasizes close performance shots and minimalist visual storytelling, reflecting the band’s transition from its earlier symphonic roots toward a heavier, guitar-driven melodic death metal sound.

The concept behind “Wolves” draws inspiration from the covert “Werewolves” organization that emerged in Germany during the final stages of World War II. The production also incorporates themes influenced by George Orwell’s novel 1984, blending historical references with dystopian imagery to create an atmosphere of oppression and uncertainty.

Filmed inside a military prison environment, the music video uses rapid editing, tight close-up shots and recurring symbolic imagery to reinforce its narrative themes. A wolf mask, a flickering vintage television and blue-toned lighting contribute to the video’s unsettling visual style. Cracked windows and carefully positioned lighting effects introduce subtle symbolism intended to represent hope amid despair. Together, these elements establish “Wolves” as an introduction to the thematic direction explored throughout Revelations In Black.

The band’s current lineup features drummer Marc Reign, formerly of Destruction and Morgoth, alongside guitarists Bill Thomas and Andrew Geo. Vocalist Pantelis “Lordwinter” Daskalelos delivers a performance centered on the historical and mythological concepts explored within the song, while producer Zack Ohren provides a polished yet aggressive sonic foundation.

Ohren, whose production credits include Machine Head, Six Feet Under and Immolation, worked with the band at Castle Ultimate Studios during the recording sessions for the album. His production approach balances technical precision with the intensity expected from contemporary extreme metal, helping define the album’s modern sound.

Originating from Athens, Greece, Caelestia has continued refining its musical identity by combining melodic Gothenburg-inspired influences with the precision and aggression associated with American death metal. The band’s latest release represents another step in that creative evolution.

Revelations In Black features ten tracks that explore themes including psychological struggle, gothic literature, mythology and historical events. Among the album’s featured songs are “Dead Eternal,” “Wolves,” and “Jutland,” each contributing to the record’s dark conceptual framework. Artwork created by Elena Vasilaki complements the album’s lyrical direction through imagery inspired by mythology and metaphysical symbolism.

The simultaneous release of the album and its accompanying visual content reflects the band’s strategy of pairing cinematic storytelling with technically driven songwriting. By expanding both its musical and visual presentation, Caelestia aims to strengthen its presence within the international extreme metal scene.

With Revelations In Black now available and “Wolves” serving as its latest visual centerpiece, Caelestia continues to build on its evolving sound while introducing listeners to a darker and more focused creative chapter under Eclipse Records.
