In an interview with the British media outlet The Mirror, Bill Gates claimed to be aware of the technological benefits of mobile phones. However, Gates cited some studies that have already shown how harmful their excessive use can be; in particular, he recommended not using the mobile phone during a specific part of the day: mealtime.
In this sense, Bill Gates emphasized that food is an essential part of the daily routine, and for this reason, he specifically forbids him from using mobile phones or any other device at that time.
