The famous musician and politician celebrated the moment by thanking the nation for praying for him, the doctors who treated him and the staff who made his life so much easier during this time.
At his celebration, he had a moment to encourage those affected by the disease:
“I want to tell people who are suffering from this type of disease not to see it as a disease, cancer is not a disease, it is a message. That's how I saw it at that time…”, he said.
He said that he would take life at least one day and try to reconnect his mind and body with the reality of life. “We only have one life and we have to protect it, start knowing that we only have one life. “Love ourselves more every day, love our environment and what we do,” he said.
