The trailer should be released first on Tuesday, December 5th at 9am Pacific Time, 12 noon Miami Time. however, In a post on XRockstar Games, formerly known as Twitter, said: “Our trailer has been leaked, so check out the actual content on YouTube.”

GTA 6, the next chapter in the action-adventure franchise, has been a long time coming. GTA 5 was released in 2013.

Rockstar Games, owned by Take-Two Interactive, has had problems with leaks. In 2022, hackers leaked unreleased images of the next version of GTA. The gaming community was shocked when gameplay screenshots and videos appeared online, which the company confirmed were genuine and leaked as a result of a “network intrusion”.

“We recently experienced a network intrusion where an unauthorized third party illegally accessed and downloaded sensitive information from our systems, including early development footage for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto,” Rockstar Games announced in a statement posted on its website at the time. Then came Twitter.
