World Day of Scientific Culture: Why is it celebrated on September 28? | News

The International Day of Scientific Culture, also known as the International Day of Scientific Publication, is a proposal that has gained popularity since 2020. In Peru, as well as in more than 26 countries, it is celebrated to promote science as an everyday theme. Benefit for all citizens.

The scientific publishing exhibition “Getting closer to science” will be held at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the National University of Federico Villarreal (UNFV). Entry is free and requires engraving.

In Pasco, a science fair for schoolchildren will be held at the Daniel Alcides Carrión National University.

In Tacna, schoolchildren will be able to participate in the free CHIKICIENCIA experiments workshop “Celebrating Scientific Culture Days”. the Registrations are free.
