Reese McGuire had an RBI triple and Rafael Devers added a run-scoring single for the Red Sox. Boston sits six games back of Seattle and five and a half games behind Texas for the final American League wild card.
The Orioles are three games ahead of Tampa Bay in the American League East, nearing their first postseason since 2016 and seeking their first division title in nine years.
Adam Frazier had a two-run triple for Baltimore, which finished the road series 7-2.
