Ralph Lauren, Christopher John Rogers or Margaryan: New First Lady Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden have chosen to wear American designer clothes for the investment ceremony.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ husband Joe Biden and Doug Mhoff chose stylist Ralph Lauren, who best represents American clothing, for their outfit, and the new president chose a lavender tie.

President Biden and Second Gentleman Doug Mhoff both wore suits designed by American designer Ralph Lauren. CNN reports that elected Vice President Kamala Harris has chosen the costumes of Christopher John Rogers and Sergio Hudson for the inauguration day. Christopher John Rogers is a young black Baton Rouge designer living in New York. Sergio Hudson is a South Carolina color designer.

Kamala Harris chose two young African-American designers, Christopher John Rogers and Sergio Hudson. The former California senator opted for a purple dress with a dress above the knees and a gown of the same color. Colorful fashion follower Christopher John Rogers presented his first collection in September 2019 at New York Fashion Week.

During her husband’s two terms, former First Lady Michael Obama chose those who created American diversity.

Although Melania Trump chose an American designer at the beginning of her husband’s time, she later preferred the works of European stylists, especially Italians Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci or Prada.

The February issue of Vogue magazine, on the cover with Kamala Harris, was considered too “relaxed” and sparked controversy. The magazine will publish a new issue with a different photo that will be considered “deserving” by the future U.S. vice president. On the day of the inauguration, many women across the country celebrated the victory of Vice President Kamala Harris as the first woman to hold this position wearing pearls.

The first lady, Jill Biden, was chosen by Alexandra O’Neill of Colorado, a New York City-based margarine house designer, for her blue coat and dress.

Ralph Lauren wore a Sky Blue dress to Melania Trump at her husband Donald Trump’s inauguration in January 2017 is a regular in the power sector. Although the fashion house was newly established in 2017, its creator York wears many celebrities such as actress Laura Tern or singer Liso.

Clothing choices are not random. They symbolize a return to American design and encourage young creators and two black designers. Some of the women who attended the inauguration – including Kamala Harris, but also former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Senator Elizabeth Warren – wore the colorful purple of the suffrage movement.

Gifts received by new American leaders

At the inauguration ceremony in Washington, the BBC writes that the new US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris received gifts from the reception committee at the Capitol Roundabout.

Republican Sen. Roy Blunt presented two paintings by the Ohio artist, which is considered “the best landscape painter in the West”.

Sen of the Democratic Party. Amy Globucher presented them with two crystal vessels, which “represent the confidence and trust that Americans have in you to move the country forward.”

Bristol-based Lenox has created prizes to mark the start of the official terms of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Lenox, a manufacturer of the finest crystals and ceramics, created gifts from President George W. Bush in 1989 for nine ceremonies. Distinctive crystal pottery is engraved with the image of the White House – Biden and the Capitol building – to Harris.
