CLEVELAND (AP) – COVID-19 protocols have already reduced their four over-width receivers, Cleveland Browns When Jedrick Wills plays the New York Jets on Sunday, he will not start to tackle on the left.

Despite having players on the Reserve / Govt-19 list, Browns is working to make Sunday’s playoff against the Jets

Wills was turned down after the team arrived in New Jersey. Four recipients, including top target Jarvis Laundry, were turned down on Saturday after their trip was delayed and close contact after line baker BJ Gutson was placed on the Govt-19 reserve list.

Wills, who started the first 14 games, was ruled out due to ill health. Kendall Lam replaces Browns (10-4) who has been trying to secure his first season since 2002.

Wills, who finished 10th overall this year, made the COVID-19 list on Thursday, after having close contact with someone outside the team who tested positive. Wills was executed Saturday before falling ill. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

Wills’ loss further reduces Cleveland’s offensive line; Right-hander Wyatt Teller will miss his second straight game with a sprained ankle. Rookie Nick Harris will start for Teller.

Two members of the Cleveland Browns were on the COVID-19 list

In addition to the laundry, Browns recipients Roshard Higgins, Donovan Peoples-Jones and Cadrell Hodge and striker Jacob Phillips are missing. They made the Covit-19 list on Saturday before the team flew to the New York area.

Lam started his career at 26. Versatile lineman Chris Hubbard has advanced to the deeper list following a knee injury at the end of a season against the New York Giants last week.
