Four famous figures of Cuban baseball meet again – SwingComplete

Recently four well-known figures in Mexico and in some cases even Cuban baseball stars were reunited.

In a post posted by Pinar del Río’s charismatic ex-player Yobal Dueñas, the moment already-retired players Joan Carlos Pedroso, Michael Abreu and Michael Enriquez joined Aztec territory. With them is the more active Yasmani Tomas.

The former star player of Industriales de la Habana had a huge double shift last Tuesday when he hit a home run and hit five in eight official shifts.

Abreu, who hails from Matanzas and also serves as the club’s batting coach, is one of the few Cuban players in the National League to make it to the United States Minor Leagues as a coach (Toronto Blue Jays).

As for Pedroso, one of the greatest historic homers in Cuban baseball, he is an equal part of the Greens’ coaching staff. In his case, he works as a batting assistant.

As for another very popular figure among Cuban fans, Pinero Michael Enriquez is the only one of the quartet not part of the Canaros. Michael is the batting coach of Alcotoneros de Guace in the ARCO League.
