The state medical examiner has issued its ruling on cause and manner of death of a Cleveland man found along U.S. Highway 412 in December.

 Thomas Darin Tisher, 50, who had been missing for about a week, died of hypothermia and methamphetamine toxicity, the ME’s office says in its final report released Friday. Temperatures during the time he was missing dipped into the 30s overnight, with rain at times.
