The Platform for Democratic Unity (PUD) this Friday demanded an end to the persecution of opponents who have been sheltering for six months in the official residence of the Argentine Embassy in Caracas.

On social networks, the campaign command of former PUD presidential candidate Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia dismissed the Caribbean nation as “criminals for their tireless struggle for independence.”

“We demand non-persecution and freedom for all,” said the order with Venezuela, which shared images with the faces of the enemies who have taken refuge since March in an Argentine home under Brazilian protection after the country was evacuated. The diplomatic mission, however, was withdrawn by Venezuela from the South American Institute on September 7.
