ACCUSED SHOOTER - Preston Lee Wills

A road rage incident near the Hwy. 64 and Hwy. 48 junction apparently led to a man being shot outside his home in the D&H housing addition just outside of Cleveland late Friday afternoon.

Preston Lee Wills, 32, and Dakota Potts, 21, both of Cleveland were both traveling north bound on Hwy. 64 when a road rage incident occurred while Potts attempted to pass Wills, according to a report filed by Pawnee County Deputy Kenneth Trammel.

A short time later, when Potts pulled up to his home on D&H Avenue and went around to the back of his truck to unload his ice chest, he noticed a maroon colored Mercury Grand Marquis sitting in the road way.
