A Cleveland man accused of rape now is back on U.S. soil after he fled to the Pacific Islands, investigators say.

 Adrain “Dean” Eddings II, 44, is being held in Georgia after Pawnee County deputies, U.S. Marshals and the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force worked with international authorities to track him to the Philippines.
