50's Fling

Fourth grade royalty candidates Jamen Davidson and De’Lisia Froese; King Brock Ward and Queen Kinley Stiger; Fifth grade candidates Mazee Southward and Ethan McDonald.

Royalty recently was crowned at the annual Cleveland Intermediate School ‘50s Fling.

Third graders Kinley Stiger from Ms. Boze’s class and Brock Ward from Mrs. Davenport’s class were honored as the King and Queen of the Fling and received crowns, chocolates, movie tickets and $25 gift cards from Dari Diner. Royalty candidates were chosen by the student body and winners were chosen from raffle ticket sales.

The event is the school’s biggest fundraiser and was a huge success again this year. The CIS staff would like to thank all who purchased tickets, bid on baskets and joined in the fun for concession goodies and games. Also, they extended thanks to all who purchased raffle tickets. The winners of the baskets were Phil Lewis, Sherry Kraft, Luanna Alexander, Tammy Tanner, Jace Bryant and Liz Espolt.
